Alfonso Angel Perez

Alfonso Perez, 81 years old, died peacefully at home on October 15, 2016 with his family at his bedside. He was preceded in death by his son, baby Alfonso, parents Lola and Ramon, brother Tony and sister Mary. He was a lifelong resident of East Highland, attended Redlands High School, class of ’55, and worked for various packing houses throughout Redlands and Highland. He is survived by his wife Velma of 57 years, his sons Angel, Ramon and Leonardo, all of Highland; his son Luis of Colton, and son Shannon of San Bernardino; daughters Irene and Sarah of Highland, and Crystal of South Carolina; brothers Nacho and Lupe, and sisters Victoria Taylor and Dolores Marcinko, along with 19 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Viewing is Wednesday, Ocbober 26, 2016, from 4pm-8pm, with rosary at 6pm. Funeral Mass is Thursday, October 27, 2016, 11am at St. John Bosco Catholic Church, 28991 Merris Street, Highland, CA 92346. Interment to follow at Hillside Memorial Park, 1540 Alessandro Road, Redlands, CA 92373.
