Annie Torres Who lived a strong 91 years, left us to be with The Lord on Friday, February 8, 2013. She is loved and will be missed by all who knew her. She is known as Annie by most but to her family, she is known as Memo. She was born in Mentone, CA in 1921 and lived her life in Redlands. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Tony Torres also born and raised in Redlands. She is also survived by three brothers Chilo (Mercy) Martinez of Riverside, CA, Lupe (Helen) Arredondo of Fresno, CA, and Cookie Arredondo of Chicago, Illinois; her son Raymond (Linda) Belmontez of Redlands; grandsons Angel and Raymond Jr. Belmontez of Redlands; granddaughters Lynrae Belmontez, Jeanette (Lecil) Dye, and Phyllis (Michael) Gomez all of Redlands; nine great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by daughters Mercedes "Mercy" Candelaria and Margaret "Maggie" Torres; brothers Julio Martinez, Manuel Martinez, and Felix Arredondo; and sisters Mary Silva, Jenny Martinez, and Sadie Molina. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 19th, 2013 from 4-7 PM at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Avenue in Redlands. Graveside services are Wednesday, February 20th, 2013 at 11 AM at Hillside Memorial Park, 1540 Alessandro Road in Redlands, with reception immediately following at the American Legion Post 650, 1532 Church Street in Redlands.
