Barbara Joan Hogan, known to her friends and family as JoAn, passed away quietly in her sleep on October 21, 2019. Everyone that knew Joan shared her joy for friends, family, dancing, traveling and her best attempts at golf. Her delicate approach to life epitomizes and underscores her self-proclaimed demand to approach every situation with etiquette, elegance, and unconditional love. JoAn worked for the Fontana Unified School District as an Administrative Secretary, as well as a Realtor in Commercial Real Estate. She was both loving and generous and will be sorely missed. She leaves behind her three children: Kathy Hogan, Tommy (Shelly) Hogan and Sue (Keith) Moody, her grandchildren: Brady (Moody)/Justin Reynaga, Michael/Taryn Moody, Lauren (Hogan)/Drew Gibson, and TJ Hogan, and 5 great-grandchildren: Maiden, Maylee, Macee, Blair and Owen. She may be gone but the love and devotion that JoAn brought to all of our lives will live on as a legacy with us forever. JoAn will eternally rest with her husband, Tommy Hogan, at Riverside National Cemetery. Services will be held on November 7that 11am. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made at: Dementia Society of America, Alzheimers Foundation of America (AFA) or the local animal shelter of your choice.
