Berthe Desroiers Marshall

Berthe Desrosiers Marshall died January 18, 2011 in Calimesa California. Born in Grayson Saskatchewan, Canada on November 11, 1919. She earned her nursing degree in Winnipeg, Canada in 1941. She was a nurse in Winnipeg until moving to California in 1951 with her husband Alex, who predeceased her in 2007. She was a nurse at Ross Loos Medical Center for 11 years. After moving to Yucaipa in 1963 she worked for Beaver Medical Group for 21 years until she retired in 1985. Living in Yucaipa for 37 years, then moved to Calimesa in 2002. She was married to her husband for 58 years. She leaves one sister in Winnipeg, Canada predeceased by 5 brothers and one sister being the youngest of 8 children with many nieces and nephews all in Canada, one great nephew in Monrovia. Her Ashes will be interred in Grayson Saskatchewan, Canada next to her husband. Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel of Yucaipa assisted the family.
