Blair Michael Richardson, 51, of Grand Terrace, California, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Blair was born on March 21, 1966 in San Bernardino, California. He was the only son of Richard and Diana Richardson.
Blair graduated from Fontana High School in 1984. Soon after graduating, he started apprenticeship program with the Operating Engineers where he became a Heavy Equipment Operator and member of The Union of Operating Engineers Local 12 until his passing.
Blair married his High School Sweetheart, Kim Sue Mafnas, and resided in Hesperia, California for 10 years before relocating to Grand Terrace, California to raise his family. Blair and Kim Sue had 4 children together, Matthew, Jasmine, Joshua, and Noah, and 3 grandsons, Ayden Blair (Jasmine), Liam Matthew (Matthew), and Axell Blaire (Jasmine). Blair was a very loving and devout husband, father, and grandfather. He spent many years chasing his sons Matthew and Joshua around a race track, teaching them to race motorcycles. He was also involved in Grand Terrace Little League where he was a baseball and softball coach for many years, coaching all 4 of his children. He also served on the GTLL Board of Directors as a Board Member for 8 years as a volunteer. Blair also coached his children, Joshua and Noah, in the Grand Terrace Community Soccer Club for several years.
Blair was a lover of extreme sports. He raced motorcycles for many years, and loved fast cars. He participated in wakeboarding, surfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, racing Go-Carts, skateboarding, and was open to try any other thrill seeking experience.
A Chapel Service will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018, 2:00 pm, at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands, California.
