Cecelia Coyazo Garcia died peacefully at home on December 28, 2019 in Redlands, CA at the age of 88. She was born to the late, Samuel and Encarnacion Coyazo on February 1, 1931 in Redlands, CA.
Cecelia married her high school sweetheart Tony Garcia in 1950. She resided in Redlands most of her life, was a homemaker, and a lifelong active parishioner at St. Marys Catholic Church (Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church). Cecelia was blessed with a large and loving family.
Cecelia is survived by her three sons, Tom Garcia of Rancho De Taos, NM., Ernie Garcia of Indio and Tim Garcia of Mentone; eight daughters, Nancy Boeger, Cathy Kevari, Patricia Jackson, Sally Lucero, Betty Keeling, and Monica Hally, all of Redlands, Carole Garcia-Milller of Torrance, and Laura Beighey of Mentone; two brothers Jerry and Andy Coyazo of Redlands; a sister Mary Yglesias of Yuciapa; 31 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Sally Dominguez, Frank Coyazo, Rita Plasencia, Vera Aranda, Sammy Coyazo, and Consuelo Hernandez; her parents; husband, Tony Garcia; and her son, Anthony Garcia. Cecelia was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
Rosary will be recited Tuesday, January 7, at 7 p.m., at Emmerson Bartlett Redlands Chapel. Mass will be said Wednesday, January 8 at 10 a.m. at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church-Columbia Site, and burial will follow at Hillside Memorial Park.
