Charles W. Groom

Charles W. Groom, 81, died peacefully Sunday, January 13, 2013 of natural causes. He was born on February 5, 1931 in Bayfield, Wisconsin. He served in the United States Air Force for over 26 years, some of which was with the 15th MAW at Norton Air Force Base. He loved airplanes, being outdoors in Wisconsin, and most of all spending time with his Eternal Companion, Lynn. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Lynn, two sons, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He will be missed by his family and the many friends who's lives he has touched. Services will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints - 7000 Central Avenue - Highland, California. A viewing will be held at 10:00 am at the same address.
