Charlie Silva

Charlie Silva passed away February 4, 2012. He was 70 years old. He was born in Waco, TX and has been a resident of Redlands for 52 years. He served in the Marine Corps., during the Korean war. He worked for Alcoa Aluminum for over 25 years. He is survived by his wife Olga of Redlands; 3 children, Charles R. Silva, Theresa Silva and Marie M. Carrasco, all of Redlands. 1 sister, Virginia Vera Cruz of Waco, TX; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren Visitation will be Monday February 13, 2012 from 11:30 - 12:30 at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel, Redlands. Services will follow in the chapel at 12:30 p.m. Rev. Jan Updike, Community Presbyterian Church, Officiating. Interment will be at Hillside Memorial Park immediately following the service.
