Donald William Hardy

Donald Hardy passed away on July 25, 2011 at the age of 80. He was born and raised in Antioch, CA. He proudly served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Don married the love of his life, Barbara in 1955. After receiving his Doctorate in Education from UC Berkeley in 1968 they moved to Redlands. He was a life long educator and served as a principal for 30 years. Don was very active with his church and the Kiwanis Club. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and world traveler. Don is survived by his wife Barbara, their sons, Ken (Joy) and Scott (Tamara) and grandchildren Troy & Paige. Memorial services will be held at the Redlands First United Methodist Church August 2nd at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kiwanis Scholarship Fund or the Redlands First United Methodist Church Mission Fund.
