Our grandma Estella Cabral Miranda passed Wednesday January 21st 2015, after complications with pneumonia. She was preceded in death by grandpa, her husband of 46 years Manuel Barrios Miranda. She is survived by her three sons and two daughter-in-laws, Manuel Miranda Jr. and Debbie Miranda, John Miranda, Raphael Miranda and Lorraine Miranda; her two granddaughters or as she always called them her "young lettuce" Angela and Jessica Miranda, her two grandsons John Miranda Jr. and Miles Miranda and her two great grandchildren Trenton and Travis Hohman, along with six brothers and eight sisters. Grandma grew up in Redlands and later moved to Whittier where she lived for 35 years. She loved to go to the swap meet, play bingo and dance with grandpa. She also crocheted beautiful blankets, enjoyed cooking a good meal and loved her soap operas. She was the grandma with the big besitos and she loved her grandchildren immensely. Grandma was stubborn to the core and anyone can vouch for that, but she was loved by many and she will be greatly missed. Services will be held Wednesday January 28th 2015 at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Ave., Redlands, CA with a viewing from 9am to 11am and services from 11am to 12pm and internment at Hillside Cemetery in Redlands at 1540 Alessandro Road Redlands, CA 92373 from 12pm to 1pm.
