Frances Plasencia Ramirez

Frances was born on January 10, 1944 and laid her head to rest with our Lord and Savior on Wed., Jan. 28, 2015 after battling dementia for 12 years. She was 71 years old. Frances attended Catholic school and graduated in 1961 from Redlands High School, where Frances met her high school sweetheart Bobby (Roberto) and they were happily in love for 51 years. She worked as a hairdresser for 18 years and also worked for years at Mission School. Francis worked as a teachers aide for 25 years for the special needs students at Redlands High School. Frances is survived by her beloved husband Bobby, daughter Sheri and husband Artie Hernandez, their three sons Joseph, Isacc and Eric, her beloved mother Rita Plasencia, sister Liz Paramo, brother Mark Plasencia. She is preceded in death by her son Robbie (who she is dancing with now in Heaven) and survived by his five children Evette, Robbie III, Richard, Crissa and Nieko, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Clement and brother Howard Plasencia (who she is also dancing with in Heaven). Services will be held Wed., February 4, 2015, 5 pm-8 pm with Rosary at 7 pm at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel. Mass will be held on Thurs., February 5, 2015 at 10 am at Holy Name of Jesus (St. Mary's Catholic Church), 1214 Columbia St., Redlands. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. The family requests everyone wear purple.
