George William Wool

George William Wool, 78, Beloved Father and Grandfather, George William Wool passed away peacefully on July 20, 2011 at his home in Yucaipa. George was born September 12, 1932, in Cincinnati, Ohio to George Christopher Wool and Lucille Marie Peter. Mr. Wool served in the United States Navy, retired from UPS and has been a long time member of the Elks. George was also a Sheriff and served in the Mounted Posse for many years. He was a devoted horseman and a true cowboy at heart. He is survived by his son Glenn Wool, sister Rose Richardson, grandchildren Kimberly Bridges, Paul Wool, Eric Wool and great-grandchildren Lynn and Jessica Osorio. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Those wishing to honor his memory may make donations to Children s Hospital of Orange County or your favorite charity.
