Gisela Maria Adams of Loma Linda, California passed away August 23, 2011 at age 81. She was born on March 16, 1930 in Mannheim, Germany to Gertrude Schwab. She immigrated to the United States and became a naturalized American citizen. As a devoted military wife, she accompanied her husband to numerous locations throughout the country and the world before settling in Southern California in 1970. She graduated with honors from Southwestern College, Chula Vista, California with an Associate in Arts History degree in December, 1977. She retired after more than 15 years as a reservations agent at PSA/USAir. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 48 years Geoffrey; mother Gertrude, Aunt Linda, and her daughter, Patricia. She is survived by her children Matthew, Ronald, Daniel and Paul, step-daughters Rebecca and Rachel, fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. She will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery on March ARB on September 2, 2011.
