Irene M. (Hayhurst) Moore

Irene M. Moore (Hayhurst) passed away April 28, 2015 at the age of 94. She was born June 24, 1920 in Oklahoma. At the age of seven, Irene came to California and lived her early years in the Imperial Valley, where she married John Hayhurst and had three children. She then moved to Yucaipa and had a fourth child. Irene owned and operated a beauty salon in Loma Linda for thirty years. She also loved to cook for people and did so into her 90's. Surviving is her daughter, Ilene Lowry, her son, Alton Hayhurst and daughter Deborah Cardoza. Irene's son, Jerry Hayhurst is deceased. Also surviving are her twelve grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren. There will be a Graveside Service for Irene on Friday, May 8, at 1:00pm at Hillside Memorial Park, 1540 Alessandro Road, Redlands, California 92373.
