Jennifer Leanne Smolin-Schlax-Roberts

Jennifer gracefully passed away on Monday July 9th, she was 45 years old.  She fiercely battled her cancer condition for 3 years, but in the end she just wasn’t able to overcome this last hurdle. Her lust for life, happiness, care of her boys and love for her family was like no other. She enamored us all with the smile that could change your day. Daughter, Sister, Partner, Mother and Friend, everyone she encountered, she left a mark that touched your heart. She will truly be missed but will forever be remembered for making us all just a little bit better and that smile.
She leaves behind 3 sons, Riley Bushong, Keaton Schlax and Rory Schlax and 4 brothers, Jeff St Dennis, Sean St Dennis, Jamie Smolin and James Pope. She also leaves behind the real rock and love of her life, her Fiancé Matt Roberts.
