His siblings, Rafael, Adrian, Patrick and Brian
Joaquin loved his family more than anything in the world. To say he was a devoted family man is an understatement. He was a loving husband, and dedicated father. A respectful and caring son, and an awesome big brother.
He was the epitome of a hard worker, committing to 30+ years of service to FedEx Freight. He was a loyal friend and a mentor to many. He truly changed people’s lives for the better. He remained close with his childhood best-friends and they shared a bond of friendship few ever experience.
He loved baseball and family vacations, he was the teller of corny dad jokes, and a fan of all things Star Wars, Marvel, UFC and Martial Arts.
His big bright smile will forever be missed.
From Roxana, Olivia and Jesse: Thank you beautiful man for the blessing of our life together. It has been my life’s greatest honor and privilege to walk alongside you as your partner in this life for 31 years. The love our children and I have for you knows no bounds. As your daughter wrote to you this past father’s day, “as long as there are rainbows, we know that’s where we will find you”. Rest now my love. We will see you again someday.
