John Michael Gooch

John Michael Gooch (Mike) was born on August 23, 1944 in Laredo, TX. He moved to Redlands, CA with his family in 1957. Mike lived a rich and diverse life expressed by his passions and proficiencies as a guitarist and photographer. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends. Mike retired from Riverside County Public Health services in 2008. He passed away from natural causes on Thursday, March 9, 2017. He is survived by his wife Kathy of 28 years, daughter Megan Herkelrath (Michael), brother Craig (Terri) and his niece Lauren Bryant (Ian). He is predeceased by his mother Evelyn Gooch, father John Gooch and his brother Stephen Gooch.
