Kevin Patrick Ross

Kevin Patrick Ross, was born May 17, 1962 in Long Beach, CA. Kevin lived in the San Bernardino Highland area all his life. He passed away at home on October 29, 2010 surrounded by his family and close friends. He graduated in 1980 from San Bernardino High School and earned a bachelor s degree from the University of Sedona. In 1987 he went to work for Lucky s (now Albertson s). He loved his job and the people he worked with, and they loved him. He lived at home all his life and although he moved out once in a while, he was always happier at home. Kevin is a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Highland, CA. He was baptized on June 27, 2010. He has traveled with his family, cousins and friends to Hawaii often. Other trips included Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, London, England, Nandi, Fiji and the Durango Silverton Narrow Gage Railroad, Durango, Colorado. He loved going to Little League games - Western Regional Tournaments - Trips to Oregon with his dog Josie - Being with his friends - Always making new friends , especially with kids. He is survived by his mother, Marie (Toni) Byrket and step-father, Jimmy Byrket; Other relatives include his aunt Nan (Annalee Ryen) and her husband Jerry of Redlands, CA; Jerry Ross of Phoenix, Arizona; Mike Ross of Yorba Linda, and Jon and Anita Farson of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by his cousins, Kari Scott of Granada Hills, CA; Tod Farson of Beaumont, CA; Julie Ross of Redlands, CA; Joseph Ross of Las Vegas, Nevada; and Bob Ross of Las Vegas, Nevada. Private Graveside Services were held on November 4, 2010 at Montecito Memorial Park, Loma Linda, CA. Kevin was an awesome person who found the best in everyone he met. He will be missed!
