Kimberly Nicole Williams was born on June 28, 1982, in Fairfield, CA to Daryl and Sherita Williams. Kimberly had quite a few places she called home throughout her life but her final home was in San Bernardino, CA.
Kimberly attended Rialto High School and went on to Concord Career College to become a medical assistant. She recently went back to San Bernardino Valley College to finish her degree and become a counselor. She knew how important mental health was and wanted to help others who were in need. She also had made the decision to prioritize her own well-being by starting to make healthier lifestyle choices like going back to the gym; she wanted to live her best life.
To know Kimberly was to know what a big heart she had. She was a fierce protector of her family and friends; family was everything to her. She was always there when you needed her for any reason and was always willing to help someone out. She was everyone’s big sister. She was very close with her brother Joseph growing up but they became inseparable after the devasting loss of their parents in 2018.
Kimberly loved watching sports especially when her favorite teams were playing: LA Charges, Duke Blue Devils, and the USC Trojans. She absolutely loved Prince and would often debate with Joseph who was the better artist – Prince or Michael Jackson, Joseph’s favorite. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Her favorite place to go to was the beach – it always helped her to clear her mind and brought her peace.
Kimberly received her wings in the afternoon of May 15, 2022. She was greeted in heaven by her parents, Daryl Williams and Sherita Williams-Howard; her grandma, Marie Holland; her grandpa, Burton Williams; her brother-in-law, Ryan Nessi; her great aunt, Lavonna Springs; along with other loved ones who went before her. She leaves behind her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Marcel Williams; her grandparents, George and Shirley Vaughn; her aunts and uncles, Carlton and Cheryl Phenix; Connie Nelson; George and Trisha Vaughn; Joyce Jordan; her cousins; her best friends, Amber Evans, Candice Gist, Porscha Cannon, and Jason Hall as well as a multitude of family and friends that will miss her tremendously.
