Lorain Harrell

Lorain Harrell, age 84 of Yucaipa, California died July 20, 2009 at Braswell's Community Convelescent Center in Yucaipa. She was born on December 14, 1925 in Abs Valley, Virginia and was a Yucaipa area resident for the past 14 years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, drawing, camping and making jewelry. She is survived by her children, Susan Jackson of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, Georgia Cordova of Yucaipa, Sherman Boyd of Fresno, California Julia Barnes of Nesbit, Mississippi, 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Lorain was preceded in death by her son, Edward Boyd and her daughter, Mary Harrell. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 35208 Yucaipa Blvd. Yucaipa, California. Private interment will be held in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, California. Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
