Maria Goger

Maria Goger, 83, passed away on 2/2/2022 at Loma Linda Hospital. Her Granddaughter Brigitte was by her side physically and her family members video chat with her every day up until her passing. On Wednesday, 2/2/2022 her Husband, Daughter, and Son-in-Law were able to visit her one last time. She went home to heaven about an hour after their visit. Her passing was very unexpected.



Maria Goger is survived by her Husband Zoltan Goger, Daughter Mary Ann Berekmeri, Son Zoltan Goger Jr., Son-in-Law Andrew Berekmeri, Two Granddaughters Erika and Brigitte, and Two Great Grandchildren Charlotte and Jaxon.



Maria came to the United States at a very young age with the love of her life Zoltan. Here they worked very hard to create a beautiful life for their family. They loved to frequent Las Vegas and travel (visiting Hawaii, Florida, etc., and of course going back home to Hungary as much as they could was important to them). The Hungarian Club in Bloomington, Ca was a very important place to Maria. She made sure that it was a family tradition for the entire family to be there for their Christmas Celebration. As well, her Hungarian friends were so very special to her. Maria made sure that every family member felt they were loved. She was the best wife and loved her husband so much. Her children were so important to her. She was the best Grandma ever and was so in love with currently being an amazing Great Grandmother. She loved the color red more than anything, lady bugs, sequins clothing, leopard print, roses, UNO chocolate candy bars, and gold jewelry. We hope that when you come across these things in life they are little reminders of the strong, so loving, happy, positive woman that she was. She will be missed beyond measure. An angel on Earth and now an Angel in Heaven but forever with us in our hearts.



We would like to thank her friends for joining us on this day. We know that she is smiling down, so very happy that we are celebrating her and the beautiful life she created & lived. We are certain that we will feel her love always.
