Marvin James Bishop

Marvin James Bishop born May 9, 1942 in Grand Rapids, Michigan went to be with his Lord and Savior December 19, 2020 in Redlands, California.

Son of Lawrence and Ann Bishop, he settled in Redlands with his parents and siblings in 1954.

With his brother, Tom, he was co-owner of the family business Banner Mattress and Upholstery since 1976. His favorite past-times were bowling, golfing and fishing.

He was pre-deceased by his parents and brother James and is survived by brothers David (Miriam), Thomas, Jack (Susan) and sister Shirley (Ronald) Rietsma, 10 nieces and nephews, their spouses and children.

No services are planned. Burial will be at Montecito Memorial Park January 19, 2021 at 9AM.
