Mary Jacques Garcia

Mary J. Garcia, 90, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. A lifelong resident of Redlands, she was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and sang in the women's choir for over 20 years. In her youth, Mary worked for Mitten's Designer Letter Inc. for 20 years. In her retirement years, Mary enjoyed coordinating bus turn-around trips with proceeds to benefit her church parish and spending time with her grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Mariano A. Garcia, she is survived by her 2 children: Michael Garcia (Mary) and Dolores Olguin (Pete), 4 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. Visitation will be held from 9:00am to 11:00am and Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 24th, 2015 at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Ave., Redlands, Ca with Graveside Services immediately following at Hillside Memorial Park, Redlands, CA.
