Mary Lynn Shupe

MARY LYNN SHUPE, of Cherry Valley, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014. She passed away at home surrounded by her family. Mary Lynn was born October 6, 1942, in San Angelo, Texas, to EW and Melba Beeman. She is survived by her husband, Jack Shupe; her three children, John Shupe, Chris Shupe and Becky Allison; her sisters, Vicki Rockwell and Becky Killingsworth; her 8 grandchildren and many other relatives. Mary Lynn grew up in Colorado. She met her future husband at Rocky Mountain Christian Elementary School. She went to college at Abilene Christian College. She married Jack in 1961 and they moved to California in 1964. Mary Lynn worked in the insurance business and lived in the San Gorgonio Pass area the rest of her life. She was active in the Church of Christ, assisting all who were in need. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15th, at 2 pm, at the Yucaipa Church of Christ, 33981 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, California.
