Nelson Frederick Sembach

Nelson Fredrick Sembach, 94, of Redlands, California, passed away on July 25, 2021.
Services will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands at 11AM. Burial will follow the services at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:15PM.
Nelson was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 23, 1927. He graduated from Redondo Union High School in 1945 and continued his education at El Camino College 1949. Between High School and College he was drafted at 18 years old on May 30, 1945.
Nelson was married to Evelyn on May 15, 1948; they were married 67 years when Evelyn passed away on February 1, 2016.
Nelson sold lumber and drove cars for Ford for a living. He enjoyed helping others in need and spending time with family and friends. He was also actively involved in many organizations/clubs in his life such as the Lion’s Club, Masonic Lodge, his church, University United Methodist Church of Redlands and the Lincoln Zephyr Club.
Nelson is survived by his son, James Nelson Sembach of Yucaipa; his granddaughter, Jennifer Lynn Luna of Yucaipa and 4 loving great-grandchildren.
