Patricia “Pat” Lee Poer went to the Lord in peace on March 1, 2016. She was born March 10, 1947, on Coronado Island.
Pat loved yard work, softball, animals and most of all, spending time with her nieces and great-nieces.
Pat is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Barb and Dan Lynch; brother Scott Poer; two nieces and nephew-in-law Kim Sabouhi, Kathy and Wade Samuelsen and four great-nieces Briana, Kaylea Samuel­sen, and Jordyn, Taylor Sab­ouhi.
Services will be held March 17 at 11 a.m. at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel of Yucaipa, 35208 Yucaipa Blvd. Her final resting place will be held at Desert Lawn Memorial Park 11251 Desert Lawn Dr. Calimesa to follow.
