Priscilla Mae Kennedy

Priscilla (Peasy) Mae Kennedy, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 15, 2017 surrounded by her family. Priscilla was born in Bemidji, MN on February 5, 1930 to Clara and Max Bell. She graduated from Bemidji High School in Minnesota in 1947. Priscilla and her husband (Bob), high school sweethearts, moved to California in 1950, settling in Redlands, California in 1957 where they lived in the same home for almost 60 years of the 67 years they were married. Over the years Priscilla worked in Redlands as an executive assistant for several businesses and institutions, but retired from the Redlands Public School System where she worked for 20 years in Psychological Services, then Evaluation and Testing.
Priscilla was well known for her deep love of family and friends. She was regarded by all as a woman of great kindness, compassion, honesty and integrity. She delighted in family gatherings, especially Sunday dinners, which she and her husband prepared and hosted countless times throughout the years.woman of great kindness, compassion, honesty and integrity.
Priscilla is predeceased by her parents, siblings; Maxine Clausen, Lorraine McKesson, Daniel Bell and her husband, Robert (Bob) Kennedy. She is survived by her children; Sherri Bishop (Dave), Kim Day (Jerry), Kelly Ducey, Mike Kennedy, and Kari Beatty (Jim); seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and brother Thomas Bell.
A Mass will be held for Priscilla at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 115 W Olive Street in Redlands on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 1:00 pm preceded by a scriptural rosary meditation at 12 pm. Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 11:00 am, Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel on Saturday, October 21, 2017, 703 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA. Reception to immediately follow at the Emmerson-Bartlett reception hall.
