Rachael Navor Montecico

Rachael Navor Montecino, of Redlands, formally of San Bernardino, passed away on September 10th, 2013. Rachael was a graduate of San Bernardino High School, Class of 49. She also was a graduate of San Bernardino Valley College and was a graduate of California State College San Bernardino, Class of 67, the first graduating class. Rachael also received her Master of Arts at Cal State SB. Rachael was a credit manager for Goodman Jewelers for 20 years and later became an educator/counselor for the Rialto Unified School District for 27 years. She also served as the Assistant Director of the Evening School Program for Rialto Schools. Rachael leaves behind her son, John R. Montecino, his wife, Rui Li Montecino and her only grandchild, Jennifer Rae Montecino. Her husband John Z Montecino passed away just three months earlier. Services will be held on Tuesday September 17th at Emmerson Bartlett Funeral Home in Redlands at 11am, followed by interment at Riverside National Cemetery where her husband John is buried, at 1pm.
