Rita Coyazo Plasencia

She turned 90 on March 25 and celebrated with a fabulous party, which included 150 guests.  She went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2017.  Rita married at an early age and was a great homemaker.  She later enjoyed working for the Redlands Schools and Redlands day nursery. 

She was a loving grandmother to 9 grandchildren, 20 greatgrandchildren, and 7 great greatgrandchildren.

Rita is preceded in death by her loving husband, Vince Plasencia of 67 years, her daughter, Frances Ramirez and her son, Howard Plasencia.

She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Edward) Plasencia-Paramo, son, Mark Plasencia and her son-in-law, Robert Ramirez; her 3 brothers, Frank Coyazo, Jerry Coyazo, and Andy Coyazo; and 2 sisters, Cecelia Garcia, and Mary Yglesias.

Visitation and Rosary will be held on Saturday, June 24th, 2017, from 9:00am to 10:30am at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Avenue, Redlands, CA.

Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am on Saturday, June 24th, 2017 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Columbia Campus.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 27th, 2017 at 2:00pm at
Hillside Memorial Park, Redlands, CA.
