Murrieta, CA - Ruth Elizabeth Luethje, a long-time resident of the California, died Monday the 27th of July at the Peachtree Senior Care facility. Ruth spent her life as a dedicated wife and homemaker for her husband and love of her life, Jack Luethje. She is survived by her two daughters, Pamela and Linda. Her unwavering care for Jack, her daughters, and their grandchildren, was apparent in her everyday life. Putting faith first in every decision she made, she was sought after as a pinnacle in the family for strength and support. Remembering all the time together, the warmth, safety, and guidance, she always provided to family and friends, will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. Jack Luethje was a lineman for GTE, and while Ruth moved all over the country with him for his job, her favorite location was always Crestline, CA, where they owned a few fantastic cabins, and would host family gatherings throughout the years. She became a "high lander" and loved it. She took naturally to being a mountain woman and embraced the small town feel and beauty of the mountains that encapsulated that way of living. Distinct memories of sledding in the snow, fishing, ice skating, and great German dinners will remain in our memories forever. Later in life, when Jack passed away, she rose up and became a strong independent woman. Taking charge of everyday events and steaming forward in life. Ruth had a very full and wonderful life always looking forward to one day being reunited in God's kingdom with Jack. She will be greatly missed, but we know she is on to a better place with God, and now will be rejoined with her long love Jack Luethje..
