Sandra Bea Eustice, born on April 10, 1962, will forever be remembered as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, niece, and aunt to the family that she held so dear. Born in Colorado and raised in Orange County, Sandi left home to start her own family after meeting her future husband, Douglas Eustice in the fall of 1981. They married on April 24, 1982, and welcomed their first child, Christina, in October 1982. She was followed by Sharlaina in October 1983 and Vanessa in September 1985.
Sandra always put her children first, working jobs at the Orange County Sherriff Department, US Post Office, and San Bernardino County Sherriff Department to ensure that her daughters could attend Catholic school in Westminster. She found time to start and lead a girl scout troop for each daughter, as well as their friends from school, and to attend every event her daughters participated in during high school.
Sandra transitioned from one full time job to another by becoming a grandmother, and helping to provide child care for each of her own grandchildren, as well as young children of her family friends. Her grandchildren became her world.
Sandra was a fighter her entire life, growing up never letting her wheelchair hold her back from living and enjoying a full life, often to the awe and amazement of those around her. Her enduring legacy will be the fighting spirit and the endless devotion to her family.
Sandra passed away on November 20, 2024, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, 3 daughters, 7 grandchildren, her brother, and countless family and friends that loved her fiercely and will miss her light and warmth.
