Verda Hawkins Bowles

Verda Hawkins Bowles age 92, of Yucaipa, California passed away June 4, 2009 at Wildwood Canyon Assisted Living Center in Yucaipa. She was born on January 9, 1917 in Millcreek, Utah to Robert Hawker and Lois Goodwin Hawker. She married Clyde H. Bowles on February 9, 1939 in the Salt Lake City L.D.S. Temple. Verda was a Registered Nurse before becoming a full time wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Clyde Bowles, her four children, Sharla Ann, Linda Lee, Garth and Greg and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Redlands L.D.S. Church, 640 South Center Street, Redlands, California. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at the Riverside-Thomas Cemetery in Blackfoot, Idaho. Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, Redlands, California is in charge of local arrangements.
