Virgina Patricia Pat Kean

Don t mourn, celebrate my death as a beginning Death is the Gateway to eternal life with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Virginia (Doll) Patricia Kean was born to Virginia and Thomas Shannon October 20, 1920 and passed away on January 17, 2012 at her home in Calimesa, CA. at the age of 91. She was part of a loving family of four brothers and 1 sister: Tommy, Chris, Amelie, Walter and Louis. They enjoyed many family gatherings. She graduated from Bell High school.. She married Keith W. Kean in Las Vegas, Nevada on Dec. 29, 1948. She enjoyed being a homemaker, wife and mother. She was a member of the Christian Womens Club, Questers and Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by two sons that God blessed her with, a sweet soul Michael Henry, an angel Stephen Thomas Albachten and her dear husband Keith Kean. Doll is also survived by her brothers, Walter and Louis Shannon, grandchildren Keith B Albachten, Melanie Coefield, Radine Smith, Shannon Richter and Kim Talley; great grandchildren Bradley Keith Albachten, Sasha Coefield, Jessica Kooi, Raymond , Ethan and Aubrey Richter and Leila Smith; and great great grandson Christian Kooi. She was loved by her daughter-in-law of fifty years, Stephen s wife, Lora Albachten. She was grandmother in law to Becky Albachten, David Coefield and Brad Richter. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Melinda Evenson, Christina Broo, Gary Shannon, Rick Shannon and their families. She will also be missed by many friends that were extended family to her. Her family was her flower garden. A kiss of the sun for pardon, The song of the bird for mirth, -- one is nearer God s heart in a garden than anywhere else on earth She was happiest in the family gatherings and wanted to be remembered as a good example and a true friend to family and friends. Doll loved The Lord and is now at home with Him. It is well with her soul.
