Virginia R. Flores

Virginia (Evelia) Flores, 78, of Yucaipa went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 11, 2024 she was surrounded by her loved ones when she took her last breath on earth. A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and sister in Christ to many. Virginia was known for cherishing her family and friends, her steadfast faith, her amazing sense of humorr and her boldness in sharing the gospel.

Virginia was born on June 20, 1946, in Magdalena, Puebla, Mexico. She became one of eight siblings. She moved to California in the early 1970's and soon became a mom to five children, Veronica, Jackeline, Hilda, Julian and Elizabeth. Finding joy and laughter in her home was a priority for her and she found it in Jesus.

She lived out her faith by serving her family as a homemaker and being an independent consultant for Stanley Home Products, Shaklee, and Avon. Once all her children grew up she became a Caregiver. She enjoyed serving at her home church, as part of the prayer team. She loved to intercede for the needs of others, and for people to come to saving faith.

Virginia's legacy is one of love for people and the Lord Jesus Christ. She is survived by her five children, twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a sister, brothers, along with many beloved nieces and nephews. May her memory lead others to love and follow the Lord Jesus Christ. The Family wishes to thank everyone for their love, support and prayers during this time of sorrow, grief, and temporary separation.
